To the extent permitted by law, dill Tech Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 1,000.
8. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless dill Tech Inc. from claims arising from your content or misuse of the Services.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but sections that by nature should survive will survive.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States of America. The exclusive venue is London, United Kingdom.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or law. We’ll post the new Terms with an updated date. Continued use means acceptance.
